A. Submission Requirements

Each participating university must submit the following information: 

1. Institutional Information: Provide the official name and logo of your institution. These will be featured in event graphics,

   certificates, and programs as co-organizers.

2. Presenter Details: Submit the names and photos of all presenters, along with their course/program and year level.

3. Advisor Information: Include the names and contact details (email and phone number) of the advisors. If there are multiple

    advisors, please designate one main advisor to serve as the certificate signatory.

4. Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted via email  

B. Attendance Policy

Each university is limited to a maximum of 20 participants, inclusive of presenters and advisors.

C. Certification

All attendees, presenters, and advisors will receive official certificates respectively.

D. Presentation Guidelines

Presentations must be delivered in English and in groups (advisor determines group size).

• Participants may use any preferred format (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, PowToon).
• Titles must be creative, informative, and engaging.
• Presentations should include a clear structure: Introduction, Body, Observations, Reflection, and Conclusion.
• Professional slide animations are permitted but not required; slides must be self-explanatory.
• Creative video presentations are accepted as entries.
• Each presentation must include at least five (5) original digital images created by the presenters, with appropriate captions or labels.
• Presentations are limited to 10 slides maximum.
• All external sources must be properly cited.
• Each university is allotted 20 minutes total (5 minutes for institutional introduction and 15 minutes for the main presentation).
